One problem fixed.

The CPU problem is fixed. I pulled the heatsink off and figured out that the cpu was not seated in the socket properly. I was relieved that the pins were not bent from not having it seated right. So its a big relief that I did not wreck any hardware.
I got the pc back together and it booted properly. But now the NTLDR is missing, so now i have to fix that. I got a guide to troubleshoot it from an online source.
I am glad now that I got the cpu problem figured out, because I researched on the internet what is wrong with the PC and discouraged me to try and fix it.
