cheap Saturday, April 25, 2009 at 12:15PM Well the motherboard from ebay is coming and I am excited for it. I cant wait to get the other parts for the system. Like I said before I will get memory from Crucial.com. I think that I will get a new case, because the system (Atx motherboard) of another computer will not fit in a mini ATX emachines case that I have laying around, therefore increase the cost which is a bummer. I will have to get a new hard drive, and a power supply.
cheap Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 9:32PM I am in the process of collecting some cheap PC parts. I have decided to do a cheap build in order to gain some experience in the computer building world before I spend a great deal of money on a "monster" PC or more like a up to date one. I am waiting for a response on a Athlon 64 3500+ CPU and Geforce Video Card from a individual on Kijiji. And I have eyed up a compatible motherboard on Ebay.ca from a company in Markham, Ontario which has excellant feedback. I think I will get RAM from Crucial.com for this build because they are fast and cheap(well actually the RAM for 2x 1gb sticks are just as much as the motherboard). I would have to get a new copy of an OS though.
